Thoarax Digital: Social Media Marketing Training Terms & Conditions

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in Thoarax Digital’s social media marketing training module, “Mastering Social Media Marketing” (the “Training”). By registering for the Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Thoarax Digital offers access to the Training, which includes:

• Module Content: As outlined in the course brochure provided to you (available upon request).

• Training Materials: Handouts, presentations, and any materials provided during the Training.

2. Registration & Payment

• To register for the Training, complete the online registration form.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Attend all Training sessions.
• Actively participate in discussions and exercises.
• Complete any pre-requisites or assignments, if applicable.
• Follow instructions provided by Thoarax Digital instructors.
• Behave professionally and respectfully throughout the Training.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Training materials, including copyrights and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Thoarax Digital. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Training materials for personal and educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works of the Training materials without written consent from Thoarax Digital is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by Thoarax Digital during the Training, including course content, case studies, and client information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Training is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Thoarax Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thoarax Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Training, including but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8. Termination

Thoarax Digital reserves the right to terminate your access to the Training for cause, which may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Failure to pay the Training Fee by the due date.
• Non-attendance or disruptive behavior during the Training sessions.
• Violation of the Training’s intellectual property or confidentiality policies.
• Any other material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of termination for cause, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the Fee.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Thoarax Digital regarding the Training and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State Name].

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver by Thoarax Digital of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
